BSMWC has switched to Xpress Bill Pay starting Friday, April 10th. This new bill pay system can be accessed online through the BSMWC website.
You can sign up for the new Xpress bill pay option by clicking here. All shareholders must switch to the new bill pay system by 2021. However, there will be a grace period where both bill pay options will be accepted for payments. You can find bill pay options on the BSMWC Bill Pay webpage.
“We are really excited about this new bill pay system,” said General Manager Steve Lenton. “The updated system is easier, more efficient, and a faster solution for our shareholders to pay their water bills.”
Xpress Bill Pay is an updated system that has many benefits for users, including auto pay options, the ability to choose the date you want funds pulled from your account, easy to pay bills that are 100% online, same day financial transactions and settlements, view bill history electronically, and more.
Xpress Bill Pay will also allow BSMWC to keep real time information of payments, send customers a direct email when there is a problem with their payment, and gives BSMWC the option to edit payments in the case of overpayment: saving you time and money.
This new bill pay system is available for the June, July, and all future billing cycles.
Please be sure to cancel any automatic payments you may have with the Paymentus payment system or call the office to avoid paying your water bill twice. Our pay by phone number is now (877) 215-5325.
